Ordering

ELEVEN vélo prints all T-shirts, prints & posters and canvases on demand, through our Californian and EU based production houses. Once you have placed your order, it immediately enters the production pipeline and will be generally ready to ship between 3 and 7 days.

Occasionally, some of the colours we offer for t-shirts and hoodies are in the process of being restocked. We will let you know via email if this happens to keep you in the loop, but usually it only adds a few days to the production time.

 

Shipping

All shipping is AU$5 per order, to anywhere in the world. Delivery time, on average, is between 3-5 days within the US and 10 and 20 days internationally (depending where you are) once the order is complete.

In the case of a mixed order – items made at either of our production houses and items we have in stock at our HQ, your order will be shipped in two shipments.

 

Payments

ELEVEN vélo handles all payment transactions onsite, through Stripe Payments. Your order will be noted on your card statement as ‘Pixelated Commerce’, which is our commerce trading name.

We do not store/retain/keep any credit card information.

 

Warranties and defects

If one of our products has arrived in a less than brilliant condition i.e. misprinted/damaged/defective/incorrect size (from what you ordered), you must let us know within seven (7) days after the order has been received. We will then, very promptly, sort you out a replacement.

If you order is lost in transit, you must let us know  no later than two (2) weeks after the estimated delivery date. If your address was listed correctly on the order, we will… very promptly, sort you out a replacement.

 

Incorrect orders

All T-shirts are printed on demand, i.e. made to order, so we suggest you use the size charts provided to check your sizing (they are accurate and returns are rare). If though you have ordered the incorrect size, we will exchange for the correct size providing you return your order (and we receive it) to us beforehand.

Please concat us within seven (7) days of receiving your order and please note all replacements will incur a AU$5 shipping charge.

 

Personal Information

We only store the required information needed to ship your order to you. This includes your name, address, email and phone number. At any time, after your order has been received, you may request that we remove this information from our system. You can read our privacy policy here.
